Digital content and free materials
Articles on this site are offered without charge. If we sell downloadable bundles, access is typically delivered immediately after payment. Statutory withdrawal rights for digital content may therefore be limited once delivery begins, provided we asked for your clear consent and acknowledgement of that limitation where the law requires it.
If a file is corrupted or inaccessible, contact us and we will reissue access or offer a proportionate remedy consistent with consumer law.
Studio sessions and rescheduling
In-person or live sessions may be rescheduled once without an extra fee when you notify us at least forty-eight hours before the scheduled start. Late cancellations inside forty-eight hours may attract a partial charge reflecting reserved staff time unless exceptional circumstances apply.
Arriving more than fifteen minutes late without notice may shorten the session length so the next booking is not delayed.
Refunds and payment reversals
If we cannot deliver a paid service due to our unavailability, you may choose a full refund or a new date. Approved refunds return to the original payment method within fourteen business days, though banking networks may add their own processing time.
Partial refunds may apply when a service is partially delivered and both sides agree on a fair split; otherwise we follow dispute steps below.
EU and UK distance contracts
For services that qualify as distance contracts, statutory withdrawal windows may apply until performance begins with your agreement. Once customised preparation has started, withdrawal may be limited to the extent permitted by law.
Australian Consumer Law
Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded. If a service fails to meet acceptable quality, you may be entitled to remedies such as repair, replacement, or refund as the law contemplates.
Dispute handling
Contact assist@shexlyonuivar.world with receipts, dates, and a short summary of the outcome you seek. We aim to acknowledge within five business days and propose next steps shortly after.
Record retention linked to purchases
We retain transaction records as described in the Privacy Policy to evidence consent, refunds, and tax compliance. Retention does not imply that marketing profiles are kept longer than needed.
